- Added dynamic server motd; config.yml has changed.
- Added chainworld.admin permission which makes a user essentially immune to the plugin.
- Better method of determining the server IP for email notifications.
- Fixed /cwquit not cleaning house.
Dynamic MOTD has issues with very short remaining lease time. Will seem like there isn't a queue when there is.
Falling through the world problem persists.
