Updated version, fixed several problems:

• Added debug option to config (Defaults to off, to disable some messages)
• Fixed a few small formatting errors when running /cff
• Changed some code to ensure plugin works properly - e.g. plugin usage will no longer appear when the command runs successfully.
• Fixed /cffreload - it didn't work before
• Made sure /cffreload reloads all config options - before it would not reload the 'debug' option.

If the debug option in config is set to "on", it may have no effect. Please let me know if this is the case for you as well!
