Added Config File with the ability to:
- Toggle death messages.
- Toggle self slapping.
- Toggle Damage.
- Customize death messages.
- Change damage value.
Added reasons to slapping /slap <player> <reason> Made it so players have to accept that they have been slapped /cedslap <accept> Added data file that stores slapped players that went offline.
All this and compatible with 1.3.1
