(Fix for v0.4) Fixed an issue where v0.4 would only work with previously made signs, and not new ones.

  • v0.5 is made to work with v0.4 signs, but it is recommended to destroy and re-create those signs.
    • The v0.4 signs should be able to be spotted because the first line of the sign is still in black text.
  • Fixed it not working in/near water and the potential for an infinite amount of redstone torches there.

Also confirmed it working on CraftBukkit 1.2.5-R5.0.
