Very first initial version. Core feature complete.
- Planning Phase
- Committing + resource count
- Building from resources
- Cancel plans by breaking the sign.
Since this is the first version, I expect there to be many bugs and so forth, so don't run on a real server without testing. There is currently no configuration, permissions or nice to haves. Give me feedback for what you want so I can make it happen
