• Replaced /babuildportcullis with an entirely in-game mechanic.

Now to build a portcullis, create a "Portcullis Gate Stone" with the following recipe: Redstone Stone Redstone. Then place one or more wherever you want, right-click with nothing in your hand (i.e. an empty inventory slot selected) and drop as much fence in as needed. Then right-click with a lever in your hand, and place the lever. It now controls your portcullis.

* Large portcullises will not be properly converted to the new style. Large would be something like >576 fence pieces.
* If a portcullis gate stone is broken by a portcullis, it drops cobblestone, not a portcullis gate stone.
* If a lever is destroyed by, say, water, you need to replace a lever in the exact same spot; you cannot associate a new lever with the portcullis.
