Added:

-Page #4 in the view UI

-New looping system for reports

Fixed:

-When an admin deletes a report and reloads the server it will glitch out the UI, this was due to the old looping system

-Deleting a report now works on all pages (haven't tested on page 4 yet, but it should work)

-New message when an admin deletes a report greater than what is created (before it would return internal error and break the plugin)

-Didn't send a message to an admin when receiving a report on page 1
