Added:

-A cooldown to prevent players from spamming reports

-A new permission to bypass the cooldown

-New ingame config layout, (instead of set values, you can now make your own value by adding and subtracting easily by clicking on an item!)

-New message for players trying to bypass the cooldown

-Language.yml file, this will keep all strings for messages, instead of the config

Fixed:

-Moved around a lot of the code
