-Config Editor GUI ~ Allows the player with sufficient permissions to edit the config in-game through a GUI (Doesn't work for strings yet, I'm still trying to figure out the best way to make this possible!)

Fixed:

-Last update some of the configurable messages didn't work with color codes

-/bugreport reload didn't reload the config as-well
