Added ID's to the reports for ease of use

Anvils for switching between page 1 and 2, more pages will be added soon.

Changed:

Changed auto update to a command, due to the latency on the curse api. To do this type /bugreport update and then restart or reload your server!

(Admins will get a message when they log in notifying them that there is a new version available)
