v7 - Bugfix release

• Lots of v7 final tweaks and fixes.
• Major algorithmic fixes for planting saplings.
• Introduce a version number for the plants.csv, so we can alert.
• Update Readme with some minor text details
• Don't plant saplings near other saplings (8 spaces min.).
• Don't plant saplings under a canopy
• Reduce plant density with altitude (just like sedimentology does) - prevents high mountains from being overcrowded with vegetation
• Spruce: only grow "tall" spruces in dense taiga.
• Up the scan radius minimum a bit more.
• Updated plants.csv with proper saplings densities.
• Two small fixes for the scanner algorithm.
• Bugfix: We weren't counting leaves at all.
• Skip blocks not in the biome for density calculations
• Make sure there is space for double plants under a canopy.
• Allow secondary biomes to override.
• Clean up some message texts.
• Remove data from being packed in the jar.

This code has only been lightly tested! May grow a tree through your house! Use at your own risk!

Please delete plants.csv from your plugin folder so that you get new plant rules automatically
