• Added base plants for almost all Biomes including jungle, mesa, taiga, hills, forests, plains, etc.etc.
• Fix plant base matrix no longer to distinguish between clay/sand colors
• Dropped sapling rate drastically to prevent hundreds of saplings
• Imported full experimental data set for 50 base plant types excluding random flowers
• Enable region protection through Factions, WorldGuard, regionprotect, towny plugins (all optional)
• Implement scanning tool for plant density data collection
• Allow saplings to be disabled (config.yml: saplings: false)
• Allow cacti to be disabled (config.yml: cacti: false)
• Full planting statistics collection: Counts each plant type planted.
• Properly plant doubletall plants and doubletall grass

This plugin may drastically increase resource usage as it can potentially scan large areas, resulting in many chunks kept in memory. You can lower resource usage by changing ticks/blocks in the config.yml.
