BookShelf

• Prevents block placement / bucket emptying when accessing a bookshelf (except when sneaking, or holding a bookshelf.) (This doesn't check if the shelf is enabled/disabled yet. I'll add that next)
• Added /bstoggle [name] command. If you specify a name when using /bst, all shelves using the same name will be toggled. Please note this will toggle each individual shelf, so if you had two shelves named "Adventure" where one was disabled and one was enabled, when using "/bst Adventure", the one which was enabled will be disabled, and the one which was disabled will be enabled. The command is CaSe SeNsItIvE :)
• /bst [name] works for console and in command blocks. I plan on making more commands work for console next.

This release uses my own SQLite/MySQL libraries. You no longer need PatPeter's SQLibraries jar. Let me know how this works out.
