Updated for Bukkit 1.4.2-R0.1 (beta build #2446).

New command /xpversion to check plugin version and possible updates.
- Requires /op status or blxp.admin permission node.
- Works from console and in-game.
- Players with permission node "blxp.admin" will receive update notice upon login if "Check-StableUpdates" or "Check-DevUpdates" are set to true.

New feature to allow adding XP to existing XP Bank by left click.
- If Click-FillSign is set to true, left click will add XP and right click to take XP
- If Click-FillSign is set to false, only /xpadd will add XP to the XP Bank.

How to update. add following lines to your config.yml

Click-FillSign: false
Check-StableUpdates: true
Check-DevUpdates: false

Adding XP by clicking sign feature is still under development, currently will not deposit all of your remaining xp with the last click. I will start working on it once blFriends is finished.

IMPORTANT!  Read http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/blxp/pages/faq/ if you are Essentials or WorldGuard to block creeper or/and TNT block damage!
