IMPORTANT: Update will require Vault plugin to be installed, also remember to change "Bank-Limits" groups to match your own server permissions groups.

1) Added support for multiple XP Banks, group based limits.
2) Updated /xpinfo command to include Bank Limit information.
3) Fixed message spam upon sign break, when you break own XP Bank you´ll receive only one compact message.

How to update.
1) Add following lines to bottom of your config.yml file:

XP-OwnBank-Removed: Removed own XP Bank, <amount> XP refunded
XP-Bank-Info: Bank Limit  <limit> / <amount>.

Bank-Limits:
  default: 1
  operator: 2
  admin: 3
  owner: 4

2) Change following line from config.yml:
Error-Bank-Limit: You already own XP Bank!
to
Error-Bank-Limit: You cannot setup more than <amount> XP Banks!

OR
3) stop server, remove config.yml and start server to let plugin generate new file.

Not really bug but still bit annoying.

1) Player will get "received 0 XP from XP Bank" if theres no XP left to take.
