Blocks Alive!

NEW:

*Added reload command, run with /ba reload

*Added option to turn debugging off in the config to stop spam in the console when spawning blocks

*Added lag preventer to help reduce lag by stopping some blocks from spawning. Can be adjusted or turned off in config. This only comes into play through testing when an order of 1000+ blocks is made

FIXED:

*The Updater should no longer download an update every time the server starts 

*The plugin should no longer perform a cleanup and risk a fuzzy kill if shut down correctly

*Option to turn off /change 1000 block limit

*A custom plugin api to allow more detailed configs with comments on every line
