Efficiency improvements for events, twostatedoors, and redtriggers
Cleared out some invalid redtrigger block types
Fixed a issue with stale chunk / entity mappings and zone detection
Lava, Water, Sand and Gravel are experimental. They are linked in with the special block mode. I've tested it pretty extensively but there may be something I missed. Play around with it if you like. Post a ticket if you find something wrong.
