BetterDrops

Fixed major performance issue regarding the special boots. They no longer use the PlayerMove event, so no constant checking if the player is wearing them. There is now an option to prevent Powered Skeletons from spawning from a mob spawner. Fixed a bug where a player could get an infinite amount of glass.
