This is a quick bug fixing update

Changes
  • Fixed Creation Cost issues
  • Fixed NPCs not loading correctly and becoming normal
  • Added ability to turn NPC Zombies into a babies (I don't know why it wasn't an option before)
  • NPCs now load only when needed
  • Erased all knowledge of The Event
