- Fixed low velocity snowballs and lowered the power:velocity ratio to make for a more realistic and controlled experience
- Added a random "bouncing" factor to balls when hitting blocks, players, etc.

- Now it's easier to make shots up close (with low power) and harder from further away (with high power)

- Mobs can wander/fall into courts. Trying to prevent this without putting a heavy load on servers.
