Major internal edits.

Stuff you care about:

• Console can now use the command without throwing an exception
• Users can now jump pages correctly
• Config has been reverted. No longer accepts ridiculous entries...
  • Such as negative numbers or large numbers for the entry limit
• Also, 'entrylimit' in config has been reverted to 'limit'. However, you need to manually update that in your config.yml to whatever value you had it at (so long as it was valid in the first place).

Other news:

• Tested on CraftBukkit dev build 2122.
• MCBans is on its way. I promise we're working on it. If someone is willing to throw me the backup.txt from the MCBans folder, that'd be awesome (I don't have it as I haven't used MCBans).
• Search will be implemented next release.
• At some point, we may implement either or both of the following:
  • Reading form existing MySQL databases for bans
  • Doing our own ban system

Non-news:

• Skipped uploading 1.1 for reasons.
