Explanation

1. (35:-1) this code shows how to ban an item in a world(non-case sensitive), in this case the world_nether.
2. (56:-1) Global ban

Blacklist:
- '35:-1:world_nether:<any reason>' 
- '56:-1:<any reason>'

• Added command /banitem add all <reason>
• New config format for 'Blacklist World' that supports individual worlds
