Changed Permission to bypass:

• banitem.int.<itemid>:<data> | int = interact / the left click or right click of the item.
• banitem.break.<itemid>:<data> | banned block break
• banitem.place.<itemid>:<data> | place banned block
• banitem.bypass.<itemid>:<data> | all of the above.

Added Permission/Command:

• banitem.reload | /banitem reload

Added to Config File

• Item confiscation is now toggleable in config.
