BackupOnEvent v1.6.5

Main change:

This version now has a configurable minimum interval which prevents backups being made in quick succession e.g. 3 players join the server at the same time.

As long as minimumIntervalInMinutes defined in config.yml and has a value larger than 0 minutes, backups will resume after the minimum time has expired.

Other changes:

• Fixed incorrect directory name being created when level-name is not default
• Removed private messages about backup
