Added configuration file, with two facets: instantsmelt - Boolean toggle whether blocks are instantly smelted or not. timetosmelt - If instantsmelt is false, set the time it takes for blocks to be smelted.

Added flame effect on blockbreak. Added time-delay-smelt support.
