- Fix bugs, the plugin works again !!

- Add a choice for the worlds you want always everybody auto respawn in the config.yml !

- Add command /ar reload for reload the config.

- Add permission autorespawn.reload for use the command /ar reload.

- Delete the AutoRespawn: true|false in the config (doesn't need).

- Add the command /ar true for allow the autorespawn and delete the screen. (must to be use by the player)

- Add the command /ar false for disable the autorespawn and add the screen. (must to be use by the player)

- Add permission autorespawn.choose for allow the player to use /ar true|false

- Update the permission autorespawn.allow to autorespawn.lock who is for always allow the autorespawn.
