What's new
- FINAL-UPDATED: fixed the color code from chinese character (Garbled) to the color code character.
- Included a Trad.Chinese translation inside :P
- Fixed a few lines of my hardcode issue :P
Updated version, complied against git-Bukkit-1.4.6-R0.3-7-g48dcb3e-b2591jnks.
Totally not tested.

Not able to update scripts unless the original author comes out to help.
And no, it's a NO GO of my JAVA skills to transit the code from Biforst to Authdb integrated coding. :(
