-Fixed craftbukkit jar name variable.
-Removed Options for Dev vs Recommended. Defaults to recommended.
-Fixed "If not installed, Option 5" changed to 6.
-Fixed on update if you said no to stop, would still update and remove old cb.jar
  now it won't update if you say no. Also won't remove, but will overwrite.
-Changed to version command to get build.
-Changed to  plugins command to get plugins.
-Changed the use of temp files in the ABM dir in favor of mktemp.
-Many other bug fixes.

silent start and stop don't work with Ramdisk.
