Bug Fixes
 -Putty screen re-size issue, where screen would go blank.
 - y/n prompts fixed.
 - added unique temp files when running in multi user environment.

Added non-interactive mode. Can now start and stop server by issuing --start --stop. Warning stop will not confirm shutdown.

Added Network information using SAR (optional)
