Aprons

[0.5.1] Updated to support 1.2.3 R1. Added a command in plugin.yml so bukkit doesn't get mad at me. I will work on implementing this command later today.

[0.5] Added support for arbitrary materials, team names, and armor types on the signs.

[0.4] First public release. It should function fully as far as my testing locally goes, but it has not yet been tested on a live server.

Doesn't update until either death or the player selects a different item in their inventory. I'm not sure why, but item bar selection changes are frequent enough that it shouldn't matter.

The command reset-aprons is not actually there, I had to put it in so bukkit wouldn't be mad at me (for some reason requires a non-empty commands list now). I will implement this command soon.
