Version 1.3:
- Added the option "LimitAll" to the config. If set to "true", this limits all players' playtime ignoring the list of addicts.
IMPORTANT: Please delete (maybe backup) the old config, the new version's config changed and it won't update itself, but create a new config when no old config is found!
