Anti-Enderman Grief

Initial Release:

• Added support for setting the bolck held by an enderman on spawn
• Stopped an enderman from setting down the block given to them on spawning
• Added support for the held material to drop on the death of an enderman (this will only be used if the held block was not set on spawning in)

Known Issues:

• The material data of the held block is not keep. This is because it created a "ghost item" on the client side whenever it was used.
• Once 1.9 bukkit comes, this plugin will cause an enderman to drop two of the held item.
• Once 1.9 bukkit comes, a enderman will drop the item item that they were set to hold on spawning in
