Tested on 1.2.5 and 1.3.1

Changes:

Slight optimizations

Adds a new command to allow players to fly without being in creative.

/adminsword fly [target]

Restructured all commands under one main command and its alias.

/adminsword (subcommand) ...

Added a help system.

Improved teleporting.

Now retains pitch and yaw and adds 1 to y position to prevent getting stuck in blocks.

Right clicking with an empty hand generates an exception.
