[Deprecated] No Enderman/Creeper Griefing & No Phantom Attacks (Achievement friendly)

Prevents Endermen from moving blocks, limits Phantoms to a single peaceful spawn, and makes Creepers passive unless provoked, though they can still be ignited with flint and steel to explode, for example to obtain mob heads.
