Fate's Log | Crucible

is a standalone public beta that showcases the Crucible before its official integration into the Eclipse's Fate project.

This addon is not a simple texture replacement. Every part of the weapon has been built to feel unique, immersive, and satisfying to use.

# ⚠️ Current Beta Status

As this is still a **public beta**, the Crucible cannot yet be obtained in **Survival Mode**. For now, it is available **Creative Mode only**, although all of its core gameplay mechanics are already fully implemented and ready for testing.

# ⚔️ Combat System

The Crucible features fully custom **Draw** and **Attack** animations, designed to recreate the feeling of the iconic DOOM weapon while adapting it naturally to Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

Rather than being a simple reskin, the weapon has been built from the ground up to deliver a unique combat experience that one shot ever enemy

# 🔋 Energy System

When you equip the Crucible, an on-screen overlay will appear, displaying the weapon's current energy.

The blade has a maximum of 42 charges

Every successful hit against a mob consumes 1 charge

To keep the weapon balanced while remaining fun to use, the Crucible automatically regenerates 1 charge every 30 seconds**.

# ⚠️ Overheating

If all 42 charges are depleted, the Crucible will temporarily shut down.

After entering its inactive state, the weapon will remain disabled for 3 minutes, after that it will automatically reactivate and become fully operational again.

# 🚀 What's Coming Next?

At the moment, the Crucible is available only in Creative Mode but this is just the beginning.

Future updates will introduce the legendary **Praetor Suit** alongside the iconic **Super Shotgun**, expanding the DOOM-inspired experience.

Meanwhile, the main **Eclipse's Fate** project will continue to grow with the addition of the **Black Swordsman's Armor**, new weapons, equipment, and many more original features inspired by legendary dark fantasy worlds.
