Disables Flight potions, charms, etc in apotheosis
Attribute Limiter Limits allows limiting certian attributes like speed, jumpboost, mining speed, from 1 item.
Allows enchanting Tinkers' Construct items; also has compatibility with Apotheosis, Enchanting Infuser, and more.
Adds some small client side tweaks to ae2, was made for 1.20.1 but we will see.
