Adds new weapons, armor, and workbenches with custom animations and models. Additionally, it rebalances certain mechanics from the base game!
What's new

- For better integration, the staff tab was removed from the anvil and added to the arcane workbench
- The arcanist's workbench now has a category for magical implements instead of the normal game category.
