WorldLoader - Fix world unloads
š ļø A lightweight drop-in fix for Hytale servers that automatically restores the world if it gets unloaded due to a world-thread exception.
ā What Problem Does It Solve?
In certain edge cases, a exception can cause the server to unload the world.
When this happens, players are unable to connect, effectively resulting in downtime.
Because the unload cannot be cancelled once triggered by the exception, this mod handles the issue safely by:
- Waiting 5 seconds after the unload occurs
- Automatically reloading the default world
- Restoring normal player connection behavior
- This mod will not fix any issues with other mods if the server keeps unloading the world its best to find the source and remove it.
