Changelog

• /global now tells you if you're already in global!
• /global now unmutes global chat!
• /globalmute now has a message telling the player they've unmuted chat!
• /local now tells you if you're already in local!
• Fixed issue where /global used Message.parse leading to an error in the console!
• Restructured some files in a failed attempt to fix the name scheme of the plugins data folder - non issue just wish it would be cleaner :|

All the new chat messages have been added to the config as well under the "AlreadyInGlobal", "AlreadyInLocal", "MuteGlobal", "UnMuteGlobal" sections!
