 - removed mouse sensitivity reduction from downstrike's swing and signature's whirlwind (previously only removed sensitivity from downstrike's charge time)

 - added damage var for the new charge threshold for Mithril mace
 Daggers:
 - tweaked the damage for the Mithril variant of the daggers (i'm tweakin)
 ShortBows:
 - added area of effect to the signature's volley arrows (5 blocks)
 - added slight knockback for using your signature (impactful!)
 Crossbows (new):
 - added horizontal speed multiplier while firing the crossbow (0.6)
 - removed combo arrows
 - added signature energy build up on normal arrows
 - increased signature energy from 5 to 18
 - added slight knockback for using your signature (lesser then the bow)

 - horizontal speed reduction: 1.0 -> 0.8
 - maces can be held indefinetly
 - added another damage threshold at half of the charge's length, equal to half of the damage
 Daggers:
 - toned down primary attack dps (15% less) as users noted that it was a bit too high
