 Mace:
 - horizontal speed reduction: 1.0 -> 0.8
 - maces can be held indefinetly
 - added another damage threshold at half of the charge's length, equal to half of the damage

 Daggers:
 - toned down primary attack dps (15% less) as users noted that it was a bit too high
