- **New `/enhancer` menu UI** as the main entry point for the plugin.
- **Weapons / Armor submenus** for each action, with a **Back** button.
- **Change difficulty** button in the menu (opens the difficulty UI).
- **Cost breakdown in UIs** for actions that consume materials (e.g. affix change, upgrades, reforge), including notes about scaling where applicable.
- **Hotbar tooltip HUD** for enhanced weapons/armor: shows item name, rarity, and affixes for ~4 seconds when switching hotbar items.
