🔮 Grimoire Controls

  • Right-Click: Create portal
    • Outside Sanctum: Costs 5 Void Essence (entry)
    • Inside Sanctum: FREE (exit)
    • Portal lasts 10 seconds

👥 Visitor Management

  • Grimoire Kick: Left-click unwanted visitors
  • Command Kick: /sanctum kick <player> or /sanctum kick (all visitors)
  • Emergency Exit: /sanctum escape to return home instantly

🎮 Commands

Player Commands (Everyone)

/sanctum escape              - Return to your previous location
/sanctum kick <player>       - Remove a specific player from your Sanctum
/sanctum kick                - Remove all visitors at once

Admin Commands (OP Only)

/sanctum player <name>       - Teleport to a player's Sanctum
/sanctum slot <number>       - Teleport to Sanctum by slot ID

/sanctum whitelist enable    - Restrict Grimoire to whitelisted worlds only
/sanctum whitelist disable   - Allow Grimoire usage in all worlds
/sanctum whitelist add       - Add current world to Grimoire whitelist
/sanctum whitelist remove    - Remove current world from whitelist
/sanctum whitelist list      - Show all whitelisted worlds
/sanctum whitelist status    - Check current whitelist state

🎯 How It Works

Getting Started

  1. Craft a Sanctum Grimoire at the Arcanist's Workbench
  2. Gather 5 Void Essence (cost per entry portal)
  3. Right-click grimoire to create a portal
  4. Step through to claim your Sanctum!


Inviting Friends

  1. Right-click grimoire to create a portal (costs 5 Void Essence)
  2. Friend steps through within 10 seconds
  3. They're in your Sanctum!
  4. Left-click them with grimoire to kick if needed


Upgrading

Craft upgrade items at the Arcanist's Workbench, then use them to expand your room.

  • Storage: plugins/VoidSanctum/sanctums/ (one JSON per player)
  • World Whitelist: Restrict Grimoire usage to chosen worlds only
  • Scalable: All Sanctums in one shared dimension (no world bloat)
  • Admin Tools: Teleport to any Sanctum, manage offline players

⚙️ Technical Reliability

VoidSanctum handles many edge cases under the hood — safe block detection on teleportation, boundary monitoring to catch players escaping the pocket limits, proper location saving, and dimension existence checks with automatic overworld fallback.

A lot of quiet work went into making sure nothing can go wrong.
