This project is currently a work in progress but i've decided to release as is so I can get feedback for continual work on the mod. You can use /tempad give (amount) for now to get orbs if the regular system is not working.
Tempad
Inspired by the Loki series and the Minecraft Tempad mod, this plugin
brings time door teleportation to Hytale. Save locations, open glowing
portals, and walk through them to teleport across worlds.
Overview
The Tempad is a device that lets players save locations, open time doors
(portals), and teleport by walking through them. Everything runs on
chronon fuel that generates passively while you carry the right items. (Still a work in progress)
The mod includes a full GUI, multiple gadgets, a waypoint sharing
system, and travel history tracking.
How It Works
Right-click your Tempad to open the interface. From there you can save
your current location, browse saved locations, and open a time door to
any of them. A glowing orange rectangular portal appears in front of
you. Walk into it and you'll be teleported to your destination. Portals
stay open for 15 seconds before closing automatically.
All teleportation costs chronon fuel. You generate chronons passively by
carrying a Chronon Generator or Chronometer in your inventory. Store
extra fuel with Chronon Cells and Chronon Batteries.
Items
Tempad - The main device. Right-click to open the full interface with
all tabs. Holds 6000 chronons.
Timedoor Projector - Place named waypoints in the world. Waypoints can
be shared with other players or made public. Holds 4000 chronons.
Time Twister - Quick access to your travel timeline. Right-click to view
recent travels and backtrack to previous locations. Holds 3000
chronons. (This feature is in beta)
Location Card - Consumable card. Right-click to instantly save your
current location. Consumed on use. Stackable to 16.
Card Wallet - Stores your location cards.
Chronon Cell - Passive fuel storage. Each cell in your inventory adds
2000 chronon capacity.
Chronon Battery - Larger fuel storage. Each battery adds 4000 chronon
capacity.
Chronon Generator - Generates 1 chronon per 48 ticks while in your
inventory.
Chronometer - Faster fuel generation. Produces 1 chronon per 36 ticks.
Location Broadcaster - Toggle whether other players can see your
location in their Tempad interface.
Screening Device - Cycle between access control modes: off, public, and
private.
Time Steel Ingot - Crafting material.
Interface Tabs
Teleport - Browse saved locations with coordinates and fuel costs. Click
any location to open a time door.
Save - Save your current position. Choose a portal color from 9 presets.
Timeline - View your travel history with timestamps. Backtrack to any
previous location.
Players - See online players who are broadcasting their location.
Teleport to them directly.
Waypoints - Browse waypoints placed by Timedoor Projectors. Includes
your own, public, and shared waypoints.
Settings - Configure your default tab, portal color, broadcast toggle,
and screening mode.
