SmartLight is the ultimate companion for miners and explorers in Hytale. Stop worrying about pausing your exploration to place torches manually. This mod automates your lighting needs, letting you focus on the adventure while it handles the darkness.

✨ Key Features

• 🧠 Smart Auto-Placement: The mod automatically detects when you enter dark areas (caves, dungeons, or underground) and places a torch for you.
• 📡 Precision Light Detection: No more torch spam! The system scans an 8-block radius around you and only places a torch if no other light sources (torches, lamps, lanterns, or glowing blocks) are detected.
• 🎒 Inventory Integration:
  • Adventure Mode: Smartly consumes torches from your hotbar or inventory. The system stops automatically if you run out of torches.
  • Creative Mode: Provides unlimited lighting for all your massive builds.
• 🚀 Server Optimized: Built using a delayed ticking system to ensure minimal impact on server performance.

• /smartlight: Main command for mod information.
• /torch: Manually places a torch at your feet.

Configuration (SmartLight.json)

You can fully customize your experience by editing the config file:

• AutoPlaceEnabled: Enable or disable the automatic system (Default: true).
• AutoPlaceIntervalSeconds: How often the mod checks for darkness (Default: 1.0s).
• TorchCheckRadius: Detection range for nearby light sources (Default: 8 blocks).

📥 Installation

1. Place the LincerosSmartLight.jar file into your server's Mods folder.
2. Restart the server.
