    • Default cooldown: 60 seconds
    • Default teleport range: a 1000 × 1000 rectangular area centered on the world spawn point
    • Added cooldown bypass permission: 
      simpleess.command.rtpa.cooldown.bypass

  • Added cooldown bypass permission for /tpa

    • Players with the following permission can bypass TPA cooldown: 
      simpleess.command.tpa.cooldown.bypass
