Bonus Fly follow-up update.

• Added configurable Bonus Fly reward tiers for default and VIP permissions
• Added a collect flow with cooldown tracking stored in player data
• Added dedicated Bonus Fly result windows for default and VIP rewards
• Added limit protection so Bonus Fly cannot be collected beyond CFStorageLimit

ClaimFly fall-damage and command feedback follow-up update.

• Fixed a fall-damage edge case when players manually left flight during the outside-claim warning countdown
• Fixed fall damage so allowed claims stay safe while ClaimFly is active, regardless of whether the player is currently flying
• Fixed transition fall protection so it still applies briefly when ClaimFly ends, but no longer stays active indefinitely afterward
• Fixed /scf reload feedback so the success message appears reliably again for player senders
