Admin, creative mode, and instance compatibility update.

• Added New Sale Menu
• Added new permission claimfly.admin.points.bypass to allow admins to use ClaimFly without consuming CF points
• Added permission-based CF purchase discounts via claimfly.sale.X where the highest explicit matching percent is used
• Fixed a fall-damage edge case when players manually left flight during the outside-claim warning countdown
• Fixed creative mode players being affected by ClaimFly restrictions
• Creative mode flight is no longer disabled when leaving claims
• Fixed instances (dungeons/challenges) incorrectly allowing ClaimFly when no claims are detected

I want to thank all of you for your reports, feedback, and bug messages. It really helps me a lot.

Unfortunately, I was not able to finish everything yet, so some things will be included in the next update. Still, thank you all for your patience and support.

PS: I originally made this plugin mostly for myself, but then I thought there are probably other people who want the same thing too: building and flying on their own claim for a limited time.😄
