Compatibility & Dependencies

  • This update brings compatibility with Hytale Update 4. (Note: It is not backwards compatible with older Hytale versions).
  • DynamicTooltipsLib (DTL) is now a required dependency. Please make sure to download DTL version 1.5.2 for Update 4 compatibility. This change was made for a few key reasons:
    • Improved Experience: Enchantment tooltips are essential for getting the most out of the mod.
    • Future Visuals: It enables the use of DTL's visual overrides (like improved enchantment glows) in future updates.
    • Code Optimization: It allows the removal of the old Enchantment Banner and other legacy code.

Features: Complete Graphical Overhaul!

  • Reworked Enchantment Table Texture/Model.
  • All scrolls now feature custom icons/textures.
  • The UI for applying and removing enchantments has been redesigned as a scroll. More UI changes coming soon.

Bug Fixes

  • A special thanks to Dimotai for fixing multiple bugs related to the Asset Map loading and the new Effect System!
  • A smaller update with more bugfixes and small improvements comes in the coming days.
