Layers are as always accessible through the builders bench using its full block counterpart. 

• Added salvager recipes for all existing layer blocks from this mod allowing you to get base blocks back.

Changes:

• Changed placement behaviour of top / bottom slabs. Top side placement should be better now. 

Note:

While I followed the base game slabs at the beginning, making them placeable top, bottom and the four horizontal directions it caused some issues with uv maps so I had to split them into slabs and vertical slabs.
